Adding Breaks

College Scheduler allows you to add times you are unavailable to attend classes (like, for example, when you’re at work) through Breaks.

1. To begin adding your break(s) to College Scheduler, click + Add Break on the main page.

2. Create a name for your break (e.g. "Work"), enter the times you are unavailable, and select the days you are unavailable. When finished, click Add Break.

Now, when you click Generate Schedules, it will search for courses that are offered outside of the specified breaks you added.

(NOTE: The more breaks you have, it may be more difficult to have a schedule with ALL of your desired courses.)
